As regards instruction in physical

training, the A.C.E.C. re-emphasised in their

meeting of 27/10/38 the view that the system of

training special instructors through the agency of

the Physical Training Supervisor is inferior to that

whereby teachers are recruited to the school staffs

qualified for some share in physical instruction as

a part of their school duties. The Governor now

reports that, in accordance with the A.C.E.C.'s view, one physical training class for women teachers and
